Mr. Veerasith Sinchareonkul, Chief Executive Officer of Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited (STA) a global leader in integrated natural rubber and Thailand’s largest rubber glove manufacturer revealed that the three branches of Sri Trang Group, namely STA Narathiwat Branch, STA Chiang Rai Branch, and STA Ubon Ratchathani Branch, recently welcomed a delegation of executives from the Provincial Commerce Office, the local Office of Weights and Measures, the Provincial Damrongdhama Center, and the Rubber Authority of Thailand. The visit aimed to monitor the rubber purchasing situation in the company’s operating areas to ensure fairness and build confidence among all parties, especially rubber farmers and farmer groups. All branches displayed clear and accurate purchase prices that matched the actual buying rates. Furthermore, weighing and measuring equipment used in all branches had been verified and complied with legal standards.

The company is also fully committed to supporting government operations and policies aimed at advancing Thailand’s rubber industry in all aspects. For instance, we actively oppose the illegally sourced rubber and have consistently declared our firm stance against purchasing illegal rubber. Additionally, we promote high-quality rubber production through various channels, including on-site visits and online knowledge-sharing events for farmers and rubber trade partners. All of this is part of our effort to sustainably develop and enhance the potential of Thailand’s rubber industry.” said Mr. Veerasith.
