From February 6 to 17, 2017, Sri Trang Agro-Industry Plc’s Narathiwat branch organized the “Carry Natural Rubber, Install Gutter, Create Smiles” project in a joint operation with Princess of Narathiwat s University to convince the company’s raw materials suppliers to install gutter on the truck to prevent water dip to the road while carrying natural rubber. By doing so, the university’s lecturers and students launched its booth at the company.

The company offered a financial support in installing with a half of its total cost for the first 50 trucks, along with giving drinks. The firm also introduced a campaign of walk rally to persuade all truck drivers to install the gutter on the truck to prevent water dip to the road while carrying natural rubber. This would help keep environment clean, safe drive and create smiles to the community.

Under the project, the company will provide convenience to those who are interested through 2017, following the company’s policy which is committed to building natural rubber sustainability in all dimensions and protecting the community so that we Sri Trang has more concern on environment and also intends to bring values to the society sustainably.
