Sri Trang Group continues to uphold its policy of social stewardship by operating as an organization dedicated to promoting and creating employment opportunities for persons with disabilities. Representing the Group, Ms. Panida Wattanasit (Right), Section Head of Human Resource at Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited (STA), and Dr. Saranthinee Mongkolrat, (Left), Sustainability Division Manager at Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT), received the honorary plaques for the "Organization Supporting Employment of People with Disabilities 2025" award. The awards were presented by Ms. Sonthaya Boonyaphusit, Director-General of the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. This marks the 8th consecutive year that both companies have received this recognition, reflecting continuous improvement in their rankings. Notably, since 2023, both companies have achieved the "Excellent" level status. Additionally, subsidiaries under STA also received recognition: Rubber Land Products Co., Ltd. was awarded for the 6th year, and Nam Hua Rubber Co., Ltd. received the award for the 4th year. These achievements reflect Sri Trang Group’s steadfast commitment to sustainable development aimed at reducing social inequality. The Group prioritizes hiring persons with disabilities within the communities where it operates, collaborating closely with government and local agencies to match suitable jobs with individuals. Furthermore, the Company provides appropriate facilities and regularly organizes activities to enhance the skills, potential, and well-being of employees with disabilities. The award ceremony was recently held at the Royal Jubilee Ballroom, Challenger Building, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani.
