Children and youths
The Company sees the importance of developing children and youths who are the future of the nation, by providing educational support, development and improvement of schools and playgrounds, sports equipment and essential consumer goods for underprivileged schools where the Company is located, as well as organizing activities and projects to promote education of children and youth by having knowledgeable and skilled employees share their knowledge and experiences to foster engagement. STA Safety School
The Company has continued the school safety project for the 3rd consecutive year to campaign and encourage students to be aware of accident prevention, basic life support by performing CPR, fire prevention and suppression and promoting good health in order for students to study safely and efficiently. The Company has implemented the project with 13 schools in the 13 province area where the factory is located and a total of 853 students participated in the school safety project.

STA STEM STUDENT
The Company has operated the STEM Education program for the 9th consecutive year. The purpose is to enhance outdoor experiential learning for local elementary students in different subjects such as, Science, Engineering, Technology, and Mathematics through experimental invention, such as creating an electric coil kit and new learning experiences outside the classroom, as well as promoting the Company is a community learning center.

In addition to focusing on hiring local people from the communities, the Company has focused on promoting and creating careers for people in the communities through ongoing career development and well-being projects in order to improve the livelihoods of the communities along with solving other social and environmental problems. Implementation of various projects will consider the needs and abilities of the communities which have ongoing projects as follows:
Ruamjai Tam Yang Thai Yangyuen Project
In 2025, the “Ruamjai Tam Yang Thai Yangyuen” project by Sri Trang Group formed part of the company’s mission to become a green rubber organization operating an integrated business from upstream to downstream. The initiative focuses on producing clean, safe, and environmentally friendly natural rubber, while consolidating related projects under a unified framework. Its objectives include fostering collaboration with farmers and business partners to raise production and transportation standards, minimize impacts on communities and nature, and support the sustainable development of rubber farmers’ livelihoods across all dimensions.
The company continuously provides knowledge and training to business partners and rubber farmers on producing high-quality fresh latex, cup lump rubber, raw rubber sheets, and smoked rubber sheets. These efforts aim to ensure proper understanding of standardized production methods, enabling outputs that meet the company’s quality requirements and can be used as raw materials for manufacturing products that comply with international standards. This initiative supports the sustainability of the natural rubber industry, enhances the quality standards of Thai rubber, and promotes sustainable supply chain management ultimately leading to stable income and improved quality of life for farmers.
The activities under the project also include a campaign for safe rubber transportation by implementing measures requiring transport vehicles to cover loads with tarpaulins and install water collection tanks to prevent latex spillage on roads, reducing accidents and ensuring community safety. In addition, knowledge is shared through online channels to enable farmers, business partners, and transport operators to learn about quality rubber production and standardized transportation practices. The project also promotes engagement through the “Sri Trang Friends” application to create motivation and strengthen connection with the initiative. Furthermore, farmer engagement events are organized in various regions to build understanding and cooperation in producing clean and sustainable rubber.
In 2025, the company implemented the “Ruamjai Tam Yang Thai Yangyuen” project across 23 provinces in the Northern, Eastern, Northeastern, and Southern regions of Thailand. Key activities included lectures on proper rubber production processes, demonstrations on maintaining quality before delivery to factories, and building awareness of EUDR regulations through knowledge sharing by the company’s expert speakers. Participants in the project included business partners, rubber farmers, government agencies, and community leaders, with a total of 1,972 attendees on-site and 115,839 online views during the event.

Women Power Project
The company implements the Women Power Project across its factory branches in collaboration with surrounding communities to strengthen vocational skills for women. The initiative focuses on training and knowledge transfer through local wisdom leaders, specialized experts, and company trainers who have undergone professional development. The goal is to equip women with practical skills that can be applied to supplementary occupations, generate additional income, and support self-care and family well-being. The project also encourages the formation of community-based occupational groups through dialogue and close engagement with local communities.
In 2025, the company continued to expand and build upon its community product development project by enhancing seven existing products, including brooms made from plastic bottles, herbal inhalers, balms and massage oils, sandalwood flowers crafted from rubber leaves, plastic-strip baskets, dishwashing liquid, liquid soap, and ceremonial ribbon coins. Additionally, new products such as herbal medicated oil were introduced to diversify offerings and increase the value of community goods. Currently, 488 participants have joined the project, reflecting its success and broad community engagement.
Brooms made from plastic water bottles This community product is created by transforming used plastic water bottles into brooms, applying the concept of Upcycling to reduce environmental impact from plastic waste while adding value to discarded materials. The initiative turns waste into income-generating products for the community. The company provides end-to-end support from sourcing plastic bottles through the “Valuable Waste Bank” project, promoting sales via online channels, to purchasing brooms for use as cleaning equipment within its factories. This project not only helps reduce plastic waste but also elevates community products, creating sustainable jobs and income. Currently, 65 members participate in the project, generating THB 15,000 in income and reducing household expenses by THB 4,000.

Dishwashing Liquid The company supported the production of multi-purpose dishwashing liquid by providing equipment and organizing training sessions for community representatives in Yi-ngo District, Narathiwat Province. Herbal Medicated Oil The company supported the production of herbal medicated oil by providing equipment and organizing training for women’s groups in the community, as well as groups of persons with disabilities and vulnerable groups in areas surrounding its factories. The project covered seven branches: Rubberland Products Co., Ltd. (Bueng Kan), Num Hua Rubber Co., Ltd., Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Co., Ltd. (Chiang Rai, Loei, Kalasin, Huai Nang, and Kantharalak branches). The initiative aims to create income for communities while promoting volunteerism by supplying herbal medicated oil for various community activities. Currently, 342members participate in the project, generating a total income of THB 74,120 and reducing household expenses by THB 14,160.

Healthcare
The Company considers the health and safety of people in the communities and society. Therefore, this concern has been continuously delivered through the support of community health check-ups in collaboration with local agencies in order to promote community healthcare in the areas where factories are located and encourage exercise together with the local communities to promote good relations between the Company and the communities.


STA Safety Community
The company recognizes the importance of community health and safety and, in collaboration with the community, has continued this project for the third consecutive year. The initiative aims to raise awareness among community members about health care, hygiene promotion, and mutual assistance during emergencies to ensure safety for both life and property. Activities include basic life support training, such as CPR, AED use, choking assistance, and first aid, as well as fire prevention and suppression training to enhance household and community safety. The project is implemented at Rubberland Products Co., Ltd., Mukdahan and Buriram branches, with a total of 92 participants.

Flood Relief Assistance for Southern Thailand
Sri Trang Group stands alongside communities and society in times of crisis, placing great importance on providing continuous assistance and relief to those affected by disasters. In response to the recent flooding in Southern Thailand, the Group implemented comprehensive humanitarian and community rehabilitation measures. These efforts covered the provision of essential supplies, food, drinking water, medical and multipurpose rubber gloves, the establishment of temporary shelters and community kitchens, as well as the deployment of employee volunteers and support equipment to affected areas. All these actions reflect the Group’s strong commitment to conducting business in parallel with creating social value, while standing firmly beside employees, communities, and medical personnel in every situation. The details of the projects and assistance measures carried out by the Sri Trang Group in the Southern region are as follows:
Sri Trang Group United to Relieve Flood Hardship in the South The group provided survival kits, contributed funds to relief shelters, and established employee care centers to support those affected.
Between November 22-30, 2025, Sri Trang Group implemented urgent measures to assist communities affected by severe flooding in the southern region. The initiative aimed to alleviate hardships faced by employees, their families, and surrounding communities. The Group distributed more than 1,300 survival kits containing essential household items and over 500 packs of drinking water to those in need. Volunteer teams and fire trucks were deployed to support cleaning operations in community areas, schools, and hospitals, covering more than 25 locations. To provide immediate care for affected employees, the Group established the “Sri Trang Community Kitchen for Flood Victims” and temporary shelters within company premises. These facilities offered safe accommodation, electricity, adequate bathrooms, nutritious meals, and 24-hour nursing support. More than 200 employee volunteers joined the relief efforts, with short-term assistance valued at over THB 1.3 million.


Sri Trang Group Delivers Medical and Multi-Purpose Rubber Gloves to Support Flood Relief and Recovery, Promoting Clean Products for a Sustainable World
Sri Trang Group, through Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited (STA) and Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT), joined forces to assist communities affected by severe flooding in the southern region. The initiative aimed to alleviate hardships and support the restoration of areas impacted by this natural disaster. The Group contributed more than 560,000 pieces of medical rubber gloves and multi-purpose rubber gloves to government agencies, field hospitals, and temporary shelters across over 30 locations, covering the provinces of Songkhla, Yala, Pattani, and Narathiwat. These gloves were provided to ensure proper patient care and to promote hygiene and safety for officials and residents during the cleanup and recovery process, protecting them from contaminants brought by the floods.


Sri Trang Group stands alongside the Southern region, contributing THB 3.5 million to Hatyai Hospital, the Thai Red Cross Society, and the Songklanagarind Hospital Foundation to support recovery efforts following the flooding.
Sri Trang Group Provides Comprehensive Support for Flood Recovery in Southern Thailand Sri Trang Group extended assistance to public health agencies and flood-affected communities in the southern region to help restore damaged areas and alleviate impacts. In addition, volunteer employees and fire trucks were deployed to help clean and rehabilitate affected areas. Assistance to flood victims and the underprivileged in society
Company Provides Aid to Flood Victims and Underprivileged Communities Across 13 Provinces. The Company extended assistance to those affected by natural disasters, including flood victims and underprivileged individuals, in 13 provinces: Sukhothai, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, Chiang Rai, Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Surat Thani, Trang, Phatthalung, Satun, and Songkhla. Support included drinking water, survival kits, home repairs, and essential supplies, with a total value of THB 2,168,152


Assistance for Communities Affected by the Thailand–Cambodia Border Situation
The Company provided relief support to communities impacted by the Thailand–Cambodia border situation in three provinces: Buriram, Ubon Ratchathani, and Sa Kaeo. Assistance included drinking water, essential supplies, and food delivered to nearby temporary shelters, with a total value of THB 104,473

“Same House, Visit Bedridden Patients” Project
The Company has continued the “Same House, Visit Bedridden Patients” initiative, providing essential supplies to underprivileged bedridden patients. In collaboration with government officials and village health volunteers, the Company conducts visits every three months to monitor patients’ conditions and offer emotional support, aiming to improve their quality of life. In 2025, the Company visited and delivered essential items to 221 patients, with total assistance valued at THB 100,357

Culture and Local Traditions
The company supports cultural and traditional activities in every community where its factories are located, based on the principles of equality without discrimination of religion or culture. This is to help preserve the unique customs and traditions of each locality. Supported activities include, for example, long boat races, Bun Bang Fai (rocket festival), setting up charity kitchens during meditation retreats in Northeastern provinces, hosting religious festivals such as Kathin and Pha Pa robes offering, Buddhist Lent and End of Lent ceremonies, Chak Phra festival, Southern Month Ten merit-making, precepts observance activities, and promoting Eid al-Fitr celebrations among Muslim communities during Ramadan.
In 2025, the company supported a total of 475 local art, cultural, and traditional activities, with a total value of over THB 1,245,192.

Good Environment and Surroundings
“Bun Tuk Yang Tid Rang Srang Roi Yim” Project
In 2025, the company continued the “Bun Tuk Yang Tid Rang Srang Roi Yim” project for the ninth consecutive year. The initiative promotes best practices in transporting natural rubber among partners, rubber farmers, and rubber transporters using standardized trucks equipped with valves, gutters, and water collection tanks to prevent environmental impacts. The company established standards for cup lump rubber trucks, implemented measures to inspect all trucks delivering rubber to the factories, and continuously monitored compliance through an online system. As a result, in factories located in the Northeastern, Eastern, and Northern regions, an average of 83.70% of rubber transport trucks met the project standards.

Useful Soil Project
The company has continued the Useful Soil Project for the 8th consecutive year to create value from sediment generated during the washing of cup lump rubber. The sediment, which settles from the wash water before entering the wastewater treatment system, can be used as soil amendment material for agricultural purposes by local farmers and communities, helping to reduce costs and increase income. Laboratory analysis has confirmed that the sediment contains nutrients beneficial for plants and is free from hazardous heavy metal contamination.
The company has implemented the project in three factory branches, namely Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited, Pattani, Narathiwat, and Thung Song branches. The project has benefited 11 local farmers by using the sediment as soil amendment material, with a total value of THB 7,909,917. It has also reduced the amount of sediment sent from the company’s wastewater treatment system to landfill by 2,372 tons.

S-Brick: Sustainable Brick, Green Brick Project
Ash Management Project Based on the Circular Economy Concept
The company applies the circular economy principles by utilizing ash from the combustion of wood chips, which serve as fuel in hot oil boilers during the production process, to create added value through Re-process, Re-design, and Collaboration. The ash is mixed into materials for producing paving bricks, which are used within the company and donated to communities in need to improve the surrounding landscape. This approach helps reduce landfill disposal while generating benefits and added value from the waste material.
The company has implemented the project in 12 factory branches, namely: Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited, Kalasin, Loei, Udon Thani, Ubon Ratchathani, Phitsanulok, Sa Kaeo, Sakon Nakhon, Sikao, and Huai Nang branches, and Rubberland Products Co., Ltd., Mukdahan, Buriram, and Bueng Kan branches. The Napier Grass Energy Plant for Community Project
This is one of the projects aimed at improving the quality of life of local communities by using Napier grass, a valuable livestock feed crop. The company encourages local farmers to cultivate Napier grass on unused areas of the factory land to provide animal feed, generate income, and reduce community expenses. In addition, treated recycled water that meets standard quality criteria and contains nutrients beneficial for plants is used to irrigate the Napier grass plots. This helps reduce the concentration of treated recycled water that requires reprocessing, allows for the collection of new water, and prevents overflow of stored water during the rainy season.
The company has implemented this project at one factory branch, namely Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited, Kalasin Branch, with social and environmental benefits expected in the year 2025.

“Sri Trang Go Green” Project: Restoring Blue Carbon for Sustainability
The company has implemented the “Sri Trang Go Green: Restoring Blue Carbon for Sustainability” project to restore and conserve coastal ecosystems, mangroves, and seagrass meadows. The initiative aims to enhance carbon sequestration capacity, promote knowledge and environmental awareness among employees, and strengthen environmental consciousness within both employees and the community. The project also supports business sector participation in environmental sustainability and fosters collaboration between organizations, government agencies, and civil society in the conservation of natural resources.
In 2025, the company planted 600 seagrass seedlings to directly increase Blue Carbon areas, enhancing carbon sequestration and storage to help mitigate the long-term impacts of climate change. The seagrass meadows also provide food and habitat for numerous marine species. The project includes 4x4 meter enclosures containing 50 seagrass seedlings each. One seagrass seedling can store 113–141 grams of carbon (g C) or absorb 414–516 grams of carbon dioxide (g CO2e). Therefore, seagrass restoration within the enclosures can store 5,650–7,050 grams of carbon (g C) or absorb 20,700–25,800 grams of carbon dioxide (g CO2e)
Waste Management and Pollution Reduction
Collected more than 323.6 kilograms of waste from the beach to eliminate pollution that harms Blue Carbon ecosystems and to restore the environment, enabling ecosystems to effectively sequester carbon.
Biodiversity Restoration
Released more than 7 million juvenile blue swimming crabs into the natural environment to strengthen the marine food chain and enhance the health and abundance of marine ecosystems, which play a vital role in conserving marine resources and promoting the sustainability of coastal communities.

Community Forest Planting Activity
The company, in collaboration with local authorities and various organizations, organizes community forest planting and mangrove forest restoration activities. These ecosystems are rich in biodiversity and are preserved to maintain the natural abundance of the environment.

Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited, Thung Song Branch,
planted 300 mangrove trees to restore the coastal ecosystem, enhance green coverage, and support the long-term sustainability of mangrove forests for the local community. This initiative was implemented in collaboration with the Mangrove Management Office Region 8, Department of Marine and Coastal Resources, at Sa Bua Beach, That Sala District, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.

Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited, Ubon Ratchathani Branch,
participated in a tree-planting initiative to mitigate climate change in honor of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn’s 73rd Birthday Anniversary. The activity was conducted in collaboration with the Faculty of Business Administration, Ubon Ratchathani University, at the Smart Organic Farm.

Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited, Sakon Nakhon Branch,
participated in a tree-planting project in observance of National Tree Day 2025, organized by the Office of Natural Resources and Environment, at Ban Sanambin, Um Chan Subdistrict, Kusuman District, Sakon Nakhon Province.
Fish release and raising fish in cages activities
Activities to restore aquatic ecosystems in collaboration with local authorities and various organizations. Fish were released into rivers and canals to increase population and support natural reproduction, thereby restoring the ecosystem and food chain, preserving biodiversity, generating income for local communities, and serving as an indicator of water quality.
- Sri Trang Agro-Industry Public Company Limited, Sikao Branch, organized a fish release activity to support environmental conservation and enhance aquatic resources at the overflow weir near Wat Khao Kaew Bridge, Sikao District, Trang Province, in observance of King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great Memorial Day.
- Rubberland Products Co., Ltd., Bueng Kan Branch, organized a fish release activity to support environmental sustainability at Nong Kut Ting Wetland, Non Sombun Subdistrict, Mueang Bueng Kan District, Bueng Kan Province.

Sri Trang Volunteer Project
The Company aims to raise awareness and foster public consciousness among its employees, encouraging them to contribute to the enhancement of surrounding communities and the creation of a good environment, including demonstrating sincerity in sustainable operations through various initiatives such as volunteer activities, cleaning roads, repairing infrastructure, improving school landscapes, and developing communities and temples under the Sri Trang Project, Sri Ban Sri Muang.

in collaboration with Starlight Express Transport Co., Ltd., Trang Provincial Industry Office, and Khuan Pring Subdistrict Administrative Organization, organized the volunteer project “We Do Good with Heart” in observance of National Tree Day.
